Captain Peter and Chef Sylvie are experts at pampering guests.  A native of France, Sylvie enjoys the tradition of buying fruits, vegetables, and fish from local vendors. Local specialty grocers provide fine-quality meats and gourmet provisions.

The boat

73’ Schooner “Jambalaya”, built by traditional shipwrights on the island of Carriacou, comes fully equipped:

• En Suite Master Stateroom is uniquely spacious with 9-foot headroom, a king-sized bed, plus a day sofa.
• Two guest cabins with double beds share the guest bathroom, which has a stall shower and toilet.
