St. John, US Virgin Islands has approximately 60% of its area as US National Park land. Its beaches, seafloor, snorkeling areas are in very good condition. There are garbage receptacles at the beaches with facilities. St. John does not have as much yacht charter activity as the British Virgin Islands which are more popular. Which leaves many beaches and anchorages especially those off the beaten path for you to enjoy.
