The British Virgin Islands Yacht Charter Show is an annual Yacht Charter Broker event. We have the opportunity to inspect many of the crewed catamarans, sailboats that our clients charter. The vacations in Nature’s Little Secret, the British Virgin Islands, are very popular because of these charters.
Yacht chartering in the British Virgin Islands is a combination of beautiful beaches, moderate sailing, lots of marinas, and great snorkeling. In addition, there is decent cuisine on shore, with excellent cuisine on the crewed yachts.
Yesterday traveling from Virgin Gorda to Tortola was amazing. I took the ferry from Virgin Gorda to Road Town, Tortola. It is fast and comfortable thirty minute ride on a power catamaran. The blue water, wonderful wind, the boats out sailing and the BVI Islanders on the ferry heading to work and school. I kept shaking my head and smiling. It was so beautiful.
Crowning it all were the crewed yachts I visited at the British Virgin Islands Yacht-Charter Show, mono-hulls, and lots of catamarans at the show:
Lots of tasty snacks, great crews, some who were new, and well-maintained yachts.
The energy of the show, the quality of the yachts, and the beauty of the islands make it clear: it’s good to be here.
