Crew

Captain
Addison grew up in South Florida and has been on the water from an early age, learning to sail on his family's beach catamaran before teaching sailing at Lauderdale Yacht Club as a teenager. With a background in mechanical engineering and industrial design, he took his first command in 2011 and has since built more than 15 years of experience aboard charter boats ranging from 64ft to 145ft. Addison has cruised extensively throughout The Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, New England, Dominican Republic and Central America, including transatlantic crossings and a ten-month European season onboard SEASCAPE V. Now in his third year as Captain of SEASCAPE V and eighth year working with the same owner, he leads a crew of nine and brings a hands-on technical approach to the operation of the boat. Away from the bridge, Addison is a private pilot and enjoys offshore fishing, diving, sailing, cooking, wine and mechanical watches. He particularly enjoys sharing his knowledge with guests, whether teaching sailing, celestial navigation or deep-drop fishing. His goal is simple: create a charter where everything feels effortless and guests leave having experienced something they could not have arranged themselves.

Mate
Josh grew up in Tampico, a coastal city on the Gulf of Mexico, where being close to the ocean sparked an early interest in boats and the maritime industry. He studied at the Nautical School of Mexico and began his career aboard commercial PSV and DP ships before transitioning into yachting, where he has worked onboard M/Y VITESSE, M/Y PIER PRESSURE and now SEASCAPE V. A qualified Master 3000, Josh brings a strong commercial maritime background and disciplined approach to his role onboard. As Mate, Josh works closely with the Captain overseeing navigation, safety and deck operations, while also managing the deck crew, tenders and guest activities. He has cruised throughout The Bahamas, Virgin Islands and Leeward Islands, with the Exumas remaining his favourite destination. In his spare time, Josh enjoys working out and has a passion for electronic music. He is currently learning to DJ and spends much of his free time practising on the decks. Friendly, hardworking and safety-focused, Josh enjoys creating an environment where guests can completely relax and simply enjoy their time onboard.

Chief Stewardess
Born and raised in the historic city of Kostroma, Russia, Katya has an extensive background in management, hospitality and VIP client relations. She holds degrees in Economics and Management, along with additional professional training in marketing and psychology. After a successful career in management and hospitality, including working as a Hotel General Manager, Katya transitioned into yachting alongside her husband, Captain Addison. Over the years, Katya has worked alongside Addison onboard DREAMCHASER, XERXSEAS I, II & III, TWINS and now SEASCAPE V, initially as Stew/Mate before progressing into her current role as Chief Stewardess. Highly organized and attentive, she leads the interior team with a calm and thoughtful approach, taking particular pride in understanding each guest's preferences and creating an experience that feels personal and effortless. Katya speaks both English and Russian and has a special love for The Bahamas. Away from yachting, she enjoys travelling, art, reading and psychology and has a lifelong love of animals, especially dogs and horses.

Stewardess
Tiana grew up in Pretoria, South Africa, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. With a love of travel and experiencing new cultures, she entered the yachting industry in 2025, spending seven months onboard charter trimaran CUAN LAW as Deck/Stew and Sous Chef before joining SEASCAPE V. Her engineering background gives her a naturally organized and practical approach, while her outgoing personality makes her equally comfortable interacting with guests. As Second Stewardess onboard SEASCAPE V, Tiana works across housekeeping, laundry and guest service. She particularly enjoys getting to know guests and creating a relaxed atmosphere onboard, with the hope that they leave with wonderful memories of both the places they visited and the people they shared them with. Tiana speaks English and Afrikaans and is currently learning Spanish. Outside of work, she loves singing, playing piano and ukulele, diving, wakeboarding, CrossFit and baking. Before entering yachting, she even ran her own custom cake business, with cakes and pastries remaining a particular specialty and passion.

Stewardess
Serena grew up in the countryside outside Nottingham, England, and holds a BA Honours degree in Economics and Geography. Before entering yachting, she gained more than four years of hospitality experience across waitressing, bartending and barista work. Combining her love of hospitality, travel and adventure, Serena entered the yachting industry in 2025, working onboard M/Y SENSA before joining SEASCAPE V in her first permanent stewardess position. As Third Stewardess onboard SEASCAPE V, Serena works across housekeeping, laundry and guest service, as well as creating tablescapes. Friendly and approachable, she enjoys making guests feel comfortable and believes the small details and anticipating what guests need are what turn a good charter into a memorable one. Serena has always had an adventurous side, with interests ranging from horse riding and athletics to yoga and hiking. She particularly loves exploring the English national parks and recently completed her first snow climb, reaching approximately 6,000 metres. In the future, she hopes to explore more remote destinations, with Alaska and Iceland high on her list.

Chef
Born and raised in France, Cécil has been professionally trained in the culinary arts and has been developing his career as a Chef since 2009. He entered the yachting industry in 2022 onboard 33m M/Y PINK SHRIMP, spending two summer seasons cruising Corsica, Sardinia and Italy before joining 110m M/Y RADIANT as an Owner's Chef. He later joined 37m M/Y KOJU in Sint Maarten, completing an impressive 16 charters in seven months before joining SEASCAPE V. Cécil specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, drawing inspiration from fresh ingredients, relaxed Mediterranean flavours and the destinations he has experienced throughout his career. Comfortable adapting to dietary requirements and individual preferences, he enjoys creating menus around his guests and has one simple goal for every trip: to hear them say, "that was the best charter ever." Away from the galley, Cécil enjoys pickleball, hiking, wreck diving and riding motorcycles with friends. He is also a watch enthusiast and collector, with a growing interest in sourcing and trading unique timepieces.
