HALF BOARD MEAL PLAN OPTION : SUBTRACT $150 per person from weekly rate : Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners. Requires all other meals on shore at client expense.
LOCAL FARE MEAL PLAN OPTION : SUBTRACT $75 per person from weekly rate : Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner at client expense.
The rates include:
• Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef/first mate)
• Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability)
• Accommodation in 5 private air-conditioned cabins with ensuite bathroom
• Bedding, towels and beach towels
• Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner including soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails
• Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel, and water)
• Water sports on board: snorkeling gear, kayak, fishing rod, underwater scooters, SCUBA, SUP
• Mooring fees, cruising taxes, clearance and customs fees, park fees
The rates do not include:
• Cancellation Insurance and private insurance
• Premium beverage requests
• Harbour and Dockage fees

• Personal expenses
• Gratuity - suggested is 15-20% of total charter fee.

Ahoy there! I'm a sailor with a serious case of wanderlust that seeks adventure on the high seas. I'm a Swiss Army Knife of the high seas. Over 12+ years, I've honed my skills on cruise ships, sailboats, motorboats, and tenders. I can handle boat systems with ease, keep things shipshape with
equipment knowledge, and even whip up some hospitality magic to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. But hey, I'm not all work and no play. I'm easy-going who can add a dash of fun who is more than willing to teach you to sail while you're on board!
Another big extra is that I am a proven photojournalist with more than 15 years of experience so you would have some photos in the process of sailing and feel free to imagine me heroically fixing a tangled mess of lines with a smile (and maybe a sea shanty on my lips).

Hey there! I’m Erika, originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, where growing up sailing the surrounding lakes inspired my lifelong love for the water. As a passionate chef, I love creating fresh, nourishing meals that bring people together and elevate every experience. My world revolves around food, creativity, mindfulness, movement, and nature. When I’m not in the galley, you can usually find me on my yoga mat. I’ve recently completed certifications in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, which deepen my approach to wellness both in and out of the kitchen.

Welcome Snacks: Fresh fruity Cocktail, fruit plater and a beautiful crudites board.
Starter: Classic bruschetta, baby tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of olive oil
Main: White fish on a bed of broccoli with a green sauce made up of coconut milk,
coriander, garlic and ginger.
Desert: Grilled bananas on ice cream.
Breakfast: Eggs Benedict on ham or salmon.
Fruit pla4er, yogurt, cereals, toasts, and jam. Coffee, tea, and fruit juice.
Lunch: Crayfish/prawns on the BBQ with a lemon butter garlic sauce, with grilled veg and a spicey rice.
Snack: Hummus, cream cheese dip with assorted veg
Starter: Goat's cheese and roasted beet salad with a sprinkle of microgreens.
Main: Steak with a mushroom sauce or homemade chimichurri, green salad, mustard

Captain Francisco was fantastic. He had great energy and enthusiasm and worked with us to nail down
the perfect itinerary - adjusting as necessary to wind conditions, etc. He was actually very knowledgeable and open to figuring out new spots. He was excellent.
The meals were absolutely outstanding. Literally every meal was perfect and Chef Romaine really
responded to the preference sheet and our input into the menu - which was greatly appreciated. All of us on board felt like Chef Romaine was one of, if not the, best chefs we've had in all of our trips.
I had never done before a trip with a yacht before, but it exceded my expectations! Great crew, we felt safe and they took great care of us! Chef Romain made this trip a culinary experience too, he was ready to adapt to our likings and he offered to us a variety of high quality plates!

We had the pleasure of having a private chef Romain onboard for our yacht charter, and it was nothing short of incredible! From the fresh seafood to the perfectly cooked steaks, every meal was a masterpiece. The chef tailored the menu to our preferences and even offered unique, locally-inspired dishes. The level of service was impeccable. Highly recommended!
Marlon and Angella treated us to the best week on Motek imaginable. Marlon always found the best balls, a great place to drop anchor (Marina Cay) and has local's knowledge and connections enabling him to avoid crowds or bad/choppy waters. The sailing was amazing! Angella is an incredible chef - each meal was amongst the best we'd ever have and both beautiful and delicious. Breakfast all included her fluffy and perfect scrambled eggs - so simple but still so amazing (how is it possible?) Lunches were light but delicious (poke bowls and pesto/burrata pitas topped the list) and dinners... such fantastic flavors in her thai cunystas, and her take on scampi was other worldly! This trip was one on our bucket list and It exceeded all our expectations and dreams. Captain Lon and Chef Carilla went above and beyond every day to make our destinations and experiences beyond amazing. Our kids are 12 and 13 and said it was their favorite vacation ever! The food was absolutely some of the best dishes we've ever had and it was all made from scratch! Captain Lon not only was excellent at sailing but also gave us history of the islands and made some delicious cocktails! The beaches and sunsets were ones we will never forget.
