We are able to meet the new crews and see some of the new yachts for the coming season. Consequently, we renew relationships with existing crews. It is important for us charter brokers to inspect the yachts. Then, offer any tips so that to enhance our client’s experience.
During the VICL yacht show, the Culinary Competition gives chefs the opportunity to prepare dishes, as the panel judges. We also attend lunches and dinners onboard the yachts sampling some of the cuisines. This is to ensure that guests will enjoy the dishes during their charter vacation.
In many cases dining onboard, these yachts surpassed the dining experience ashore. Your preferences determine what the food and drink menus will be.
