Kevin has a Royal Yacht Master Offshore and operated on motor yachts for many years, then became a Captain in 2017. He also worked for Royal Families as a First Officer on Large motor yachts. And gained a good experience as a captain of Lagoon 77′ and Sunreef 80’s.
He takes guests to the reefs of the BVI, ensuring their safety with his PADI Dive Master certification. Because he grew spending summers on his parents’ BVI yacht charters, he knows the area and hidden secret spots so well!
Nicole, from Central Florida, has passion for food; she brings a touch of gourmet to fresh, local dishes. She studied at Ashburton Chefs Academy and Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy, where she mastered various cuisines. For many years, Nicole works as a charter yacht Chef.
Therefore, Nicole is in full control of the food hospitality and safety.
Her other hobbies are diving and hiking. In fact, Nicole spent eight years exploring the Caribbean on a yacht and moved in the Middle Sea last summer.
Apart from being a chef, Nicole is also a licensed PADI Rescue diver and a Captain. She ensures leaving with full bellies, as well as bringing assistance on the deck.
Mitchell, from South Africa, assists the Captain in all yacht operations. He loves making the guests feel safe on charter days. Mitchell can also help guests to set up the E-foil and Seabobs, as he loves water sports.
Mitchell worked in the Middle Sea last summer season. Now that he’s aboard Mariah Princess III, he oversees all the water sports and sets up dive gear.
He also has experience in children’s entertainment; so, sailing with kids is fun.
Mitchell guarantees an amazing experience aboard Mariah with his 200 ton Yachtmaster offshore captains’ certifications.
Emma, from South Africa, is Stewardessing on large motor yachts. She will ensure guests’ the best experience aboard Mariah Princess, keeping an eye for the fine details.
She also loves the outdoors; Emma spent her days off diving, hiking, or sunbathing.

Food was exceptional and outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented, delicious and healthy. Each breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner and cocktail was an exquisite dining experience. The fact that the table setting was also a surprise for every meal elevated each meal time.
Nicole’s meals are Michelin quality and we were all extremely impressed!
The entire crew was absolutely outstanding. We loved every moment of our trip! They were all experienced, attentive, informative, fun and entertaining! A fabulous experience!
The weather precluded us from doing many of the things we would have liked to do but we did enjoy the tropical storm that we experienced one evening. The crew navigated it calmly and effectively!
