Adam grew up in Lancashire, England, and started sailing dinghies at a young age. After earning a degree in International Computer Science, he quickly realized he belonged outdoors, not behind a desk.
He began working as a watersports instructor in the Mediterranean and later moved into yachting in 2015. Adam has captained various yachts and also managed ski resorts during winter, where he discovered his love for mixology. Today, he brings excellent sailing skills and great energy to every charter.
Rosie is from Cowes on the Isle of Wight, one of the UK’s sailing hubs. Although she studied fashion at university, the ocean always called her back. After getting her Yachtmaster Offshore license in 2017, she took a short-term sailing job, and never looked back.
She trained at the Ashburton Chefs Academy and also completed a pastry course during the pandemic. Rosie is the author of the cookbook app “Baking on Boats”. Moreover, her food is fresh, colorful, and inspired by the places she’s traveled. She also loves using local ingredients to create delicious and memorable meals for guests.
