Starting November 11, our charter brokers will be on the water in the British Virgin Islands for the BVI CYS Charter Show. It’s an industry event uniting yacht crews, operators, and brokers for three days of tours, sea trials, and crew meetings. This show isn’t open to the public, but the insights we bring back directly shape guest recommendations.
Then, read on to meet nine Lagoon catamarans attending the show. Each could be the vessel for your next BVI sailing vacation.
Charter guests deserve more than brochure descriptions. Instead, they deserve advice from a broker who has stood in the cabin, met the captain, and felt the yacht move on the water. That’s why the BVI CYS Charter Show matters so much. Over three days, we tour yachts, sail with crews, and form the firsthand impressions that no listing can provide.
As a result, that knowledge translates directly into better recommendations. So when we tell you a specific yacht is right for your group, it’s because we’ve been aboard — not because the specs look good on paper.
We board and inspect each catamaran firsthand — cabins, galley, deck layout, and all.
We sit down with captains and chefs to understand their hospitality style and experience.
We take each yacht out so we know exactly how she handles — and which guests she suits best.
Our team will spend time aboard each of these nine Lagoon catamarans during the show. We’ll sail them, meet their crews, and form an honest view of what each vessel delivers. So, here’s who we’ll be visiting.
The Newest Adventure Explorer
Brand-new for 2027, SCUBA DOO 55 is a Lagoon catamaran built around diving and water sports. Its spacious layout and modern amenities make it a natural fit for active guests. They also want to spend as much time in the water as on it.
The Explorer’s Dream
The Lagoon 55 platform offers stability and fuel efficiency, and ISLAND HOPPIN’ 55 takes full advantage of both. It suits groups that want to move comfortably between anchorages. These are the kind of guests who want to see Jost Van Dyke, Norman Island, and Virgin Gorda in the same week.
The Flagship
Lagoon’s newest flagship, GRACE 60, is the largest vessel in this lineup. Moreover, it accommodates the same eight guests as the smaller models. The additional five feet of length translates into noticeably more living space, particularly in the saloon and on deck.
The Serene Sanctuary
LIQUID ZEN is a well-established 2022 build with a reputation for calm, unhurried sailing. Its proven Lagoon platform and refined comfort make it a top choice for guests prioritizing relaxation over speed.
The Charming Classic
LA SIRENA’s cabin layout — three queens and one double — gives it natural flexibility for families or mixed groups. Built in 2023, it brings a modern Lagoon platform to a yacht with genuine charter character.
The Refined Elegance
True to its name, ADAGIO is a yacht for guests who want quality at a measured pace. This 2023 Lagoon 51 pairs proven design with elevated finishes, ideal for guests who value understated comfort over flash.
The Proven Adventurer
SCUBA DOO 50 has been in the water since 2021 and has the track record to show for it. Like its newer sister SCUBA DOO 55, SCUBA DOO 50 focuses on diving and snorkeling. Moreover, a reliable platform for exploring the BVI’s reefs.
The Intimate Getaway
At 46 feet with three cabins, ON A WHIM III serves smaller groups. It offers the full crewed charter experience without sharing a yacht with seven other people. Additionally, it’s a 2024 build with the comfort of larger models — just with more privacy.
The Balanced Beauty
CENTERLINE is the steady, reliable choice in the lineup. This 2022 Lagoon 50 does everything well without calling attention to itself. In addition, well-suited for first-time charter guests who want a yacht that works.

After the BVI CYS Charter Show, we’ll return with fresh firsthand knowledge and a stronger read on every crew in this lineup. As a result, that means better recommendations for you.

The BVI CYS Charter Show is an industry‑only event for charter brokers, operators, and yacht crews. It runs November 11–14, and importantly, it is not open to the public. Instead, our brokers tour yachts, meet crews, and build firsthand knowledge that shapes client recommendations.
The most well-known is the BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival, held annually in late March and early April at Nanny Cay. In addition, other events include the BVI Sailing Festival and various club races. These are entirely separate from the broker charter show.
After three days aboard, our brokers know each catamaran. Specifically, they see which cabins feel cramped, which crews excel, and which vessels sail best in the BVI’s trade winds. As a result, that firsthand knowledge gives you tailored recommendations rather than spec‑sheet advice.
No. Talking with us, receiving recommendations, and getting a personalized shortlist are completely free. In fact, there is no obligation to book.
The BVI is a year‑round destination. From December through April, you’ll find the most settled trade winds and ideal sailing conditions. Meanwhile, summer is quieter, with fewer boats and sometimes lower rates — though brief tropical showers are common.
Share your dates, group size, and the kind of experience you’re looking for. We’ll send a personalized yacht shortlist within 24 hours.
