Further, diving in the Maldives, the Great Barrier Reef, and South Africa have been excellent learning grounds for him.
Mary
Mary Haddow, chef and hostess from the UK, met Patric in South Africa. They have been the perfect team ever since.
Her travel experience has spanned almost every continent of the world. And with it, she brings all the culinary delights from so many countries to Catamaran Tranquility’s table.
Besides being an accomplished chef, Mary is a qualified Dive Master as well.

What an unbelievable memory for all of the Frostmans. Your skill navigating around a hurricane, adjusting to Frostys unique allergies. And your ability making Elly giggle, surpassed all of our expectations. I will never forget you infecting our teenage grandsons with the thrill of scuba diving, as well as letting Max master the E-Foil. Quite a feat, providing fun and entertainment for people from 4 to 80!! For me personally, bringing our family together was worth every penny. Plus I love to snorkel.
